As the Social Media and Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, interacting with clients, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

  • Monitor and respond to client inquiries, feedback, and reviews across social media channels.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

  • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance and insights.
